The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional as they not only returned my forgotten earphones promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. the heating and air conditioning in the room were perfectly regulated, providing a cozy atmosphere regardless of the outdoor temperature. the room's tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea while taking in the stunning views from the room's balcony.
